The Pesticide Residue Issue

Are you aware that most of the vegetables and fruits you consume every day contain pesticide, some exceeding the safety limit or are prohibited? Most of us know that pesticides can have an adverse impact on our health.   

Governments in many countries have established laws and regulations for pesticide registration, set out pesticide residual safety limits and carried out pesticide residue monitoring programmes.  However, there are variations in the safety limits and methodology for the monitoring programs among countries.
